Shipping times?
While we just got back in stock! Orders are expected to go out within 2 weeks of the order being placed with UPS/USPS Ground Shipping.
How do I set up my LEDs?
Setting up your LED lights is actually easier then it looks. if you need help setting them up, watch our video/tutorial on how to set them up! if you still need more help. Contact us!
Are custom orders available?
We are not yet taking custom orders! This is due to us restarting fresh with limited supplies but we will be taking them soon!
Are returns free?
Yes absolutely! If you do not like our LEDs or they are not suitable for your needs. We understand, just contact us regarding a return and we will open one up as well as provide a return label! Read our Return policy for more!
Do we still operate in New York?
Yes! While we are still kind of broke, we operate in Brooklyn New York!
